1. General Cancellation Policy
=> Account Cancellation: You may cancel your account on our platform at any time. However, canceling your account does not automatically qualify you for a refund of prior purchases.

2. Refund Policy for Standard Courses
This section applies to our standard digital programs, including but not limited to Cricket Biomechanics, Cricket Psychology, and Cricket Video Analysis.
We offer a 7-Day Conditional Money-Back Guarantee for our standard courses, subject to the following terms:
• Timeframe: The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date and time or before the Start of the Course.
• Consumption Limit: To protect our intellectual property from abuse, refunds will only be granted if you have viewed less than 20% of the course content.
• Downloads: If our system shows that you have downloaded the supplementary materials (workbooks, templates, video files), you are no longer eligible for a refund.
3. Refund Policy for “High-Tech Cricket Coach” Course
: “Due to the proprietary methodologies, downloadable assets, and immediate access to premium coaching materials provided in the High-Tech Cricket Coach program, all sales for this course are final and non-refundable under any circumstances” after the Course has commenced.
4. Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following purchases are strictly non-refundable:
=> Courses where the consumption limit (20%) has been exceeded.
=> Any course purchased on a promotional discount, bundle deal, or during a flash sale.
=> One-on-one coaching sessions or live consultation calls (if applicable), once they have been conducted.

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed immediately.
Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the credited amount to reflect in your original method of payment, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
